Restorations

These procedures include just about anything you can do to a tooth to improve its appearance and health.
Many factors contribute to tooth decay or deterioration, and we offer several ways to restore or repair teeth to prevent further decay and improve your look and smile.

Repairing Deep Grooves
Deep grooves in teeth are frequently hard to keep clean and all too easy to decay. If you have this condition, ask about our preventative sealant restoration. This process seals the grooves, enhancing the way the tooth looks and preventing further decay.

Fillings
Fillings are the most common type of restoration. We fill cavities or replace old fillings that are failing—we’ve done thousands of fillings for our patients. Different materials may be used to do this. If the cavity is small we use a white composite filling material that is metal free. We make sure the composite is color matched to blend in with your other teeth for a great cosmetic result.
Teeth that have more damage caused by decay or older larger fillings that are no longer protecting the tooth need a different solution. One of the solutions is to use stronger porcelain filling. We make these fillings in-house using CEREC technology.
