Bryan Stimmler, DDS

I grew up in Southern California and completed my residency training in New York City, where I spent more than a decade practicing dentistry in Brooklyn with a focus on Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. During that time, I also taught in a hospital-based residency program, mentoring young dentists and helping them grow in confidence and clinical skill.

My approach to dentistry has always been simple: great care should feel personal. I love helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their smile. Whether it’s cosmetic treatment, bite rehabilitation, or Invisalign, I believe dentistry should not only look beautiful, but feel healthy and function comfortably long term.

I’ve completed advanced training through the Dawson Academy in bite rehabilitation and TMJ disorders; and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and earned certifications in orthodontics, Invisalign, and implant dentistry.

In 2021, my wife Lauren and I moved to Texas to help co-found a group of dental practices, but when our daughter Bennie Sue was on the way, we knew we wanted to put down roots somewhere that felt more connected to family and community. Asheville immediately felt like home, and joining Zöe Dental felt like the perfect fit.

Outside the office, I spend most of my time with Lauren, Bennie Sue, and our doodle Raymond. I’m a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, love the outdoors, and enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and woodworking whenever I can.
