Being here just for a few months can present problems when in need of a doctor or dentist. Friday I experienced severe tooth pain and realized it was something of an emergency. Zoe Dental graciously gave me an appointment the next afternoon, Saturday. Chelsea and Dr. Stamatiades saw me. As a Boeing 777 captain for a major airline I care about professionalism, customer service, safety, and technical competency. I can honestly say that both Chelsea and Dr. S. demonstrated the highest levels of all of these elements. The doctor took his time examining and explaining everything to me about the situation and we jointly decided on a treatment plan which I am pleased to say, a day later, was successful. I was in agonizing pain on Friday and going into Saturday. Today is Sunday and it's like nothing ever happened. My wife and I spend three to five months about an hour and a half west of Asheville but we will now be lifelong patients of Zoe Dental. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Zoe Dental! I recently became a new patient with this dental office. The second I walked into the office, I felt like family. I have extreme dental anxiety. I explained this to the person who scheduled my appointment, on the phone, and she assured me, I was going to be well taken care of at my initial visit. She could not have been more calming! The front desk staff is like a welcoming committee, they hand you the Comfort Menu and immediately you just relax. Amy did my cleaning, what an amazing hygienist she is! She went above and beyond to lower my blood pressure :)! I felt like I was sitting in the First Class section of a plane going on vacation. IF you have dental anxiety, please schedule an appointment with this office, today! You will leave, like I did, actually looking forward, yes I said that, to your next visit.
At my next visit, Tyler was the assistant, and again, amazing amounts of compassion and caring were felt from start to finish with my procedure. I simply LOVE this office and would highly encourage anyone, who has put off going to the dentist, out of fear, to schedule a visit and meet the most amazing team of employees who truly love their jobs and their patients!

Zöe Dental is a dental heaven! I used to dread visiting the dentist, but I’m so happy found Zöe because I look forward to seeing them every six months! Their comfort menu is perfect if you experience any anxiety at the dentist or just want a little pick me up during your visit. From the moment you walk through the front door, you are greeted and welcomed like they are so happy to see you! Everyone has such a caring disposition! I had neglected my oral care for a while and had multiple issues. The Dr and staff helped me prioritize my treatment plan based on what was best health wise, and most important to me. And even though my years of neglect presented some challenges, not once did I feel judgement being cast upon me. Just a sincere effort to educate and help me the best way possible within my means! I have been going to Zöe dental for the past 7 years. I have always been amazed by the service, the amenities and the welcoming presence of the place. Yesterday I came in to get my teeth cleaned. I had wanted to cancel due to a burgeoning migraine but soldiered on. I’m glad I did. My hygienist was kind, empathic and personable. She offered up healing peppermint oil and a neck pillow to enhance my already relaxing heated and back-massaging chair.It was like being at a spa while having a dental cleaning. I am amazed at how far dentistry and patient care has come when you come to Zöe dental. This is a great crew, a great space. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs even beyond a cleaning...and believe me I’ve had a few!

In the past I always experienced anxiety when going to the dentist. My experience with the wonderful staff at Zöe has changed that in a big way! They are so professional and comprehensive, and additionally (and very significantly to me) very personable and proactive when it comes to addressing your concerns and comfort during treatment. Maria has been my hygienist for at least two years and thanks to her competence and lovely personality I actually look forward to our twice-yearly checkup “get-togethers”! Additionally, the front desk staff are warm and able to answer any scheduling or billing questions you might have. All the dentists are wonderful and engender confidence in my family members.
