That is why we are excited to welcome Brian Gill as our new Practice Manager.
Brian brings more than a decade of experience leading healthcare teams across Western North Carolina. His background includes clinical supervision, operational management, and patient experience within hospital and medical practice settings. Throughout his career, Brian has focused on helping teams work better together so patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.
As Practice Manager, Brian’s role supports both the patient experience and the care team experience. His leadership approach is grounded, practical, and people-first. He is passionate about creating smooth visits for patients, thoughtful systems for the team, and a supportive environment where great care can happen consistently.
Outside of the office, Brian is a hands-on problem solver. In his spare time, he enjoys working on cars, attending track events, and going to car cruises. He is also a self-proclaimed technology geek who builds computers and loves all things IT and tech. If something involves figuring out how it works and making it work better, Brian is in.
